Returns and refunds

Your consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of mind

On top of those guarantees, you can return any unworn item with its tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return postage for a change-of-mind return is at your cost; faulty items are returned at ours.

How to start a return

Email the address in the footer with your order number and the reason. We reply within two business days with a prepaid label for faulty items or return instructions for change-of-mind returns. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the goods reaching us.
