Manufacturing terms

These terms apply to custom manufacturing orders placed with Siffra, operated by [COMPANY] Pty Ltd (ABN [ABN]).

Quotes and deposit

A quote is valid for 30 days and is in Australian dollars excluding GST, landed in Melbourne. An order is confirmed when we receive a 50% deposit. The balance is due before shipment, after you have received the pre-shipment inspection report.

Approvals and cancellation

You approve the lab dip (colour) and the size set before production begins. You can cancel in writing at any point before lab-dip approval for a full refund of the deposit less any sample costs incurred. After lab-dip approval fabric is knitted and dyed for your job, so cancellation forfeits the deposit to the extent of fabric and processing costs incurred.

Quality and defects

Goods are inspected before shipment against AQL 2.5. If delivered goods do not match the approved size set or fail inspection, we will replace the defective units or credit them at your choice. Claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery with photographs.

Intellectual property

Your logos, labels, artwork and any patterns developed for your order remain your intellectual property. We will not reuse them for any other customer or for our own products.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.
