This policy explains what personal information Siffra collects and how it is used, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Your email address when you sign up for updates; your name, business details and files when you request a manufacturing quote; and your name, address and order details when you buy from us. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and we never see your card number.

How we use it

To send the updates you asked for, to respond to quote requests, to fulfil orders, and to understand how the site is used. Email is handled by Klaviyo and analytics by Google Analytics and Meta. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing the address in the footer.
