Custom manufacturing
Your own garment. Your label, your colour, your fabric weight.
Everything you would otherwise buy as a printed blank, from tees and polos to hoodies, shorts and track pants, made to your spec in Dhaka, for about what the blank costs. Runs of 500 to 3,000 units, landed in Melbourne.

Every garment in the blank catalogue, built to your spec
- Tees and long sleeves
- Singlets
- Polos
- Crews
- Hoodies and zip hoodies
- Shorts
- Track pants and leggings
- Caps, beanies and bags
The same categories you would order from a blank supplier, without settling for someone else's fabric, fit and colour card.
Why it's different
The fabric and the garment, under one roof
1
Fabric to your spec
Weight, composition and finish are knitted for your order, not picked from a swatch book.
2
Mill and factory together
Knitting, dyeing, cutting and sewing happen under one roof in Dhaka, so nothing crosses a supplier boundary.
3
Your label from day one
A woven neck label and side tag with your brand, in the garment from the first unit.
How it works
Deposit to delivery in 12 to 16 weeks
Step 1
Deposit
A 50% deposit confirms the order and funds the fabric.
Step 2
Fabric and lab dip
We knit your weight and dye to your colour. Nothing moves until you approve the lab dip.
Step 3
Size set
One of each size in your fabric, with your label, for fit approval.
Step 4
Production
Cut and sewn in Dhaka, to the approved size set.
Step 5

Questions
What people ask first
What can you make?
Anything you would otherwise buy as a printed blank: tees, long-sleeve tees, singlets, polos, crews, hoodies and zip hoodies, shorts, track pants and leggings, in your fabric weight and colour with your label. Caps, beanies and bags we quote through our own sourcing in Dhaka. If it is in a blank catalogue, ask.
What is the minimum order?
500 units per style, across sizes and in one colour. Runs of 1,000 to 3,000 units get materially better unit pricing because fabric is knitted to order for your job.
How long does it take?
Plan on 12 to 16 weeks from approved lab dip to delivery in Melbourne. Fabric knitting and dyeing takes 3 to 4 weeks, a size set for your approval 1 to 2 weeks, production 4 to 6 weeks, and sea freight about 4 weeks. Air freight is available at cost if you need it faster.
What do I need to supply?
A logo or label artwork in vector format, your preferred colour (a Pantone or a physical swatch), the garment type and fabric weight, a size breakdown, and a rough target date. A tech pack helps but is not required; we work from our base patterns and adjust fit with you on the size set.
How is quality inspected?
Every order has a pre-shipment inspection against AQL 2.5 (a standard sampling plan) covering measurements, construction, colour and labelling. You receive the inspection report with photos before the goods ship.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit confirms the order and funds the fabric. The balance is due before shipment, after you have the inspection report. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars excluding GST, landed in Melbourne.
Can I have my own label?
Yes. A woven neck label and a side tag with your brand are included. Printed neck prints, hang tags and custom packaging are available at a small per-unit cost.
Can I see samples first?
Yes. We send a fabric swatch card and a sample garment in a standard colour so you can check weight and hand feel before committing. Custom-colour samples are made as part of the size set after the deposit.
